Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, True Haven Cleaners requires at least 48 hours’ notice.

No Extra Charge

Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice will not result in any additional charge.

Late Notice & No-Shows

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or if the appointment is missed without notice, the card on file will be charged for the scheduled cleaning.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with True Haven Cleaners, you acknowledge and agree to this rescheduling policy.
