True Haven Cleaners provides residential and light commercial cleaning services in the Atlanta, GA area. The exact tasks included in your visit depend on the service type you select when booking. We do our best to match your needs, but we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or surfaces that cannot be safely cleaned.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are scheduled based on availability. A valid payment method may be required to confirm your appointment. Prices shown on our site are estimates and may change based on the size, condition, and special requests for your space. We will confirm the final price before your appointment when needed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full estimated price of the scheduled service.

Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing safe access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes keys, codes, entry instructions, or being present to let our team in. Please secure any valuables, pets, or sensitive items before we arrive. We are not liable for lost or misplaced items that were not properly stored.

Damage Claims

If something is damaged during a cleaning visit, please report it within 24 hours. We carry insurance and will review each claim fairly. We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not disclosed as fragile or valuable before service begins.
